Group Sessions
While most hypnotherapy appointments are individual, certain sessions, such as those for smoking cessation and other addictions; weight loss programmes; fear of public speaking; improving motivation and achieving peak performance also work incredibly well in a group setting. Shared experiences help foster camaraderie, creating a sense of community within the group, while having peer-led accountability helps keep everyone on track.
Much like an individual appointment, group sessions start with finding out what each member of the group hopes to achieve. We’ll have a chat about what methods have been tried before and what worked or didn’t. And like each individual appointment, group sessions are tailored to that particular group, on that particular day, so that everyone has the opportunity to experience hypnosis and bring about real and lasting change.
Group sessions can take place at your workplace, college, group setting, sports ground or another local facility: as long as there is somewhere quiet and private to work.
