About me:

Tracy Forsythe

I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist and N.L.P. (Neurolinguistic Programming) Practitioner who has worked with clients all over the world. Based in Wexford, Ireland, I provide in-person and online hypnotherapy.

With a background in performing arts, education and the corporate sector, I work from a position of lived experience. I help clients with audition, exam and interview nerves, public speaking, confidence building, stage fright, promoting resilience and achieving peak performance, as well as anxiety, sleep, stress, phobias, weight management and stopping smoking or vaping.

I have found hypnotherapy to be a very powerful tool in my own life, helping with both physical pain, stress and anxiety. Having learnt from world-renowned hypnotherapists and N.L.P. experts: Paul McKenna, Steve Crabb, Tina Taylor, and Ali Campbell, I am delighted to be able to help clients deal with a broad spectrum of challenges.

It is so rewarding witnessing the profound changes that come about through hypnosis: people terrorised by panic attacks find peace, nervous speakers present confidently and comfortably at conferences, hardened smokers give up with ease, actors paralysed by stage fright blossom on stage, people struggling with weight build a new relationship with food and helping those who have struggled with confidence and rejection, find new self-belief and optimism. For a selection of real life examples, please see my testimonials page.

My approach

Because I am also a qualified Clinical Yoga Teacher, I am able to use a gentle combination of relaxation techniques, soothing breath work, guided visualisation, hypnosis, N.L.P., sound and even a dash of humour to bring about deep relaxation and focused change work.

Each client is treated as an individual and each session is adapted to how they respond. This means we can work together with the unconscious mind to find the best solutions which put the person at the heart of their own transformation. Alongside hypnosis, I teach simple, accessible techniques that can be practised outside of our sessions, enabling clients to feel empowered, reinforcing the work we do together.
