Before she trained as hypnotherapist, Tracy was an actor, appearing on stage, in film, television, video and as a voice-over. She also worked as a Senior Talent Agent for International Actors London.

Tracy has previously been interviewed on BBC Radio Kent, Radio Reverb, BBC Radio Sussex and Dublin City Radio and has been featured in the Brighton and Hove Argus, the Camden New Journal and the Irish Independent.
